He has developed and executed award-winning programs in both high-volume and boutique settings, including:
• Leading the F&B strategy for the $90M Hotel Renegade, including the creation of five distinct outlets that earned the property AAA Four Diamond recognition.
• Overseeing the $320M renovation of Southland Casino, where he launched five new F&B concepts and led a 350+ person team.
• Partnering with Sammy Hagar to bring the nationally recognized Red Rocker Bar & Grill to life.
• Serving as Regional Director of F&B for Geronimo Hospitality Group, where he directs operations for The Garage Food Hall (IN), Warehouse Food Hall (ID), and two flagship hotels.
